New Business Manager

We are looking for a New Business Manager specializing in the architecture, interior design, product design.

Your role in our team:

As a New Business Manager, you will be a key person responsible for developing of our business, building lasting relationships with clients, and introducing new projects to the Polish and international markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively acquiring new clients in the interior design, real estate, and design industries.
• Establishing and developing relationships with key business partners.
• Identifying new market opportunities domestically and internationally and proposing strategies to leverage them.
• Conducting business negotiations and finalising contracts.
• Working with the creative team to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
• Monitoring industry trends and implementing modern sales and communication tools.
• Creating the company’s image as a leader in the design and interior architecture industry.

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

• A minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the interior architecture, real estate, or design industry.
• Knowledge of modern sales and communication tools (CRM, social selling, analytical tools, AI).
• Ability to work in an optimal way and take advantage of new opportunities and challenges.
• An established network of business contacts and credibility documented by professional achievements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate in the language of the design industry.
• Proficiency in English at a level that allows free business communication (minimum B2).
